The International Motorcycle Show at Jacob Javits Center NYC

Just when we’re getting cabin fever here in the Northeast, along comes the International Motorcycle Show (January 21/22/23) to get us ready for Spring. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been riding for years or have just been dreaming about riding a motorcycle, there is something for everyone here at this motorcycle event. Any motorcyclist, present or future, is like a kid in a candy store. All the major motorcycle manufacturers use this event to show off their new models. You are welcome to throw a leg over them all, without the added pressure of signing on the dotted line. This is your opportunity to do your homework on your next (or first!) ride, and you never had such a fun assignment!
In addition to the dealers, there are demonstrations and seminars, as well as vendors selling all kinds of motorcycle accessories and motorcycle apparel. Of course “people-watching” is one of my favorite activities, since this event draws a wide variety of enthusiasts. Not convinced yet? There is plenty of information and pictures from past events to check out over at The Progressive International Motorcycle Shows website.
Please stop by the N.Y.S. Motorcycle Safety Program booth to say hi to Manna, Marc, and Matt from On the Road Again Motorcycle School. Feel free to ask questions for yourself or your friends about training, licensing and the Basic RiderCourse. Experienced riders may like to find out about the BRC2 (formerly known as the ERC) and the new Advanced RiderCourse (ARC). These classes are great for cruisers and sportbikes alike, and are challenging and exciting opportunities for riders with some mileage under their belts.
Looking forward to seeing you at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in NYC
