Panama City Beach is in Hog Heaven

It is that time again, the annual fall Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally has rolled into town and thousands of bikers have made their way to Panama City Beach.
Bikers from all across the country come for the free, long weekend event.
Many of them say, “If you don't understand this weekend, well, then you don't ride.”
The Haefer's rode their bike all the way from Wilson, New York.
It is their sixth year attending Thunder Beach.
“It's unbelievable, we have all kinds of fun here and meet great people,” they said. “Everyone's always friendly. It's an awesome time."
Like many bikers at the rally, they have been riding for years.
"I started 47 years ago,” said Ron Haefer. “She started about seven years ago.”
Ricky Steorts did not have to ride far to get to the rally, he lives here and works at Wicked Wheel.
“I began in 1969. I've had ever kind of motorcycle,” Steorts said. “I think there is to ride and I have a great passion for riding."
The rally and Panama City Beach will soon have an addition, a new Harley-Davidson.
Ground breaking will begin on Friday.
